Teams
Minimum of one player
Format
Each group stage match consists of 5 alternating kicks per team.
Points - 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie
Standings & Tie-Breakers: Teams will be ranked within their groups based on total points. If two or more teams are tied in points, the following tie-breakers apply in order:
Head-to-Head: The result of the match played between the tied teams.
Goal Differential: The team with the higher goal difference.
Playoffs - If the score is tied after 5 kicks, the match moves to sudden death rounds. A winner is declared when one team scores and the other misses in the same round.
Gameplay Essentials
Goal size - 11v11
Distance: 12 yards (11 meters) from the goal line.
The Goalkeeper: Must remain on the goal line, between the posts, facing the kicker, until the ball is kicked. They can move laterally but cannot move forward off the line early.
The Kicker: Once the referee blows the whistle, the kicker must take the shot. Feinting (stopping completely) at the end of the run-up is illegal and results in a caution/missed kick.
Match Management
Coin toss to decide who shoots first
All players not involved in the current kick must stay in the center circle or a designated "waiting box" to keep the penalty area clear for the cameras and officials.
