RULES & GUIDELINES

Rosters & Uniforms

• Roster Deadline: Rosters are final as of Saturday, January 3. No exceptions or additions will be permitted after this date.

• Uniform Requirements: All teams must wear a consistent uniform. Every player on the pitch must be in the team kit.

Game Duration & Punctuality

• Match Length: 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime interval.

• Prompt Starts: Games will begin exactly at the scheduled time. If teams are on the field but not ready to play, the referee is authorized to start the game clock.

• Forfeiture: Any team failing to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled kickoff will forfeit the match.

Gameplay & Scoring

• Point System: 3 points for a win.

• No Ties: Matches ending in a draw at the end of regulation will be decided by a penalty shootout.

• Game Balls: Each team is responsible for providing their own game balls.

Substitutions

Substitutions are unlimited but require the referee’s notification. Players must fully exit the pitch before the substitute enters. Substitutions are permitted during:

• Either team’s goal kick or kick-in.

• After a goal is scored.

• During halftime.

• When a yellow card is issued or during an injury timeout.

Standings & Tie-Breakers

Teams will be ranked within their groups based on total points. If two or more teams are tied in points, the following tie-breakers apply in order:

1. Head-to-Head: The result of the match played between the tied teams.

2. Goal Differential: The team with the higher goal difference.

Spectator Policy: Managers, captains, and players are legally responsible for the conduct of their fans and spectators.

Inclement Weather: Matches will be played unless lightning is present.

• Officials may postpone play due to severe weather.

• If a match is terminated due to weather after the first half has been completed, the match is considered official and the current score will stand.
