Rosters & Uniforms
Roster Deadline: All rosters must be finalized the day before the tournament, no exceptions. Any player on the roster can play at any time.
Uniform Policy: All teams must wear a matching uniform. All players on the field must be in the team kit.
Game Clock & Duration
Match Length: Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime.
Punctuality: Games begin promptly. If teams are on the field but not ready, the referee may start the game clock.
Forfeiture: Failure to appear within 10 minutes of the scheduled kickoff will result in an automatic forfeit.
Gameplay Rules
Game Balls: Teams are responsible for providing their own game balls.
Offsides: NO OFFSIDES
Restarts: KICK-INS ONLY. There are no throw-ins.
Scoring & Points: *
3 points for a win.
No Ties: If tied at the end of regulation, the game is decided by a 1-on-1 shootout (attacker vs. goalkeeper) with a 8-second clock to score.
Substitutions
Substitutions are unlimited but require the referee’s notification. Players must fully exit the pitch before the substitute enters. Substitutions are permitted during:
Either team’s goal kick or kick-in.
After a goal is scored.
During halftime.
When a yellow card is issued or during an injury timeout.
Standings & Tie-Breakers
Teams will be ranked within their groups based on total points. If two or more teams are tied in points, the following tie-breakers apply in order:
Head-to-Head: The result of the match played between the tied teams.
Goal Differential: The team with the higher goal difference.
TOP 2 TEAMS GO THROUGH TO THE FINAL
Spectator Policy: Managers, captains, and players are legally responsible for the conduct of their fans and spectators.
Inclement Weather: Matches will be played unless lightning is present.
Officials may postpone play due to severe weather.
If a match is terminated due to weather after the first half has been completed, the match is considered official and the current score will stand.
