Born and raised right here in Asheville, my journey with the beautiful game started on local pitches at just five years old. As the proud son of immigrants who moved from Mexico to give me a better life and opportunities like this, futbol became more than just a sport—it became my identity, my community, and my passion. Having grown up playing HFC, transitioning into collegiate play, playing professionally in Germany, I have seen firsthand how much incredible futbol talent lives within our mountains.

I founded Futbol828 because I recognized a missing link in our local futbol culture. Our mission is to bridge the gap for all players in the area—from young kids just falling in love with the ball to adults looking for a high-level environment to keep their passion alive.

Built on the core motto of "Compete & Connect," Futbol828 isn't just about organizing elite training, leagues, and tournaments; it’s about breaking down barriers and creating an authentic, inclusive community feeling where every player thrives.
